1) National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) www.anad.org
ANAD is a non-profit organization providing free, peer support services to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. ANAD offers free virtual peer support groups, mentorship, treatment directory, and resources.
2) Project HEAL www.theprojectheal.org
Project Heal is a non-profit organization that offers treatment access support for those with financial or insurance barriers. Project Heal provides treatment placement, support with assessment and diagnosis, and help navigating insurance issues. They also provide meal support, community care, and support to local clinicians to promote evidenced based training.
3) Multi-Service Eating Disorders Association (MEDA) www.medainc.org
MEDA is a national nonprofit based in Newton, Massachusetts dedicated to the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. MEDA offers clinical services, recovery support, weekly support groups, and professional training. They provide free weekly drop-in groups, recovery talks, and family support.
4) Families Empowered and Supporting the Treatment of Eating Disorders (F.E.A.S.T.) https://feast-ed.org/
F.E.A.S.T is an international non-profit organization that supports families of people affected by eating disorders. F.E.A.S.T. offers complimentary programs and services which include access to support groups, educational information, skill-building opportunities, and resources and tools to aid in their recovery journey.

BEAT is a non-profit based in the UK and serves England, Ireland, and Wales. BEAT offers a wide range of support for people with eating disorders as well as for their families and carers. BEAT offers free helplines, online support groups and forums, and peer support groups.

The Body Positive is a national non-profit designed to teach people to listen to their bodies, trust their inner wisdom, and free themselves from negative body image and self-destructive behaviors. They offer training programs for students, educators and health professionals focused on body image and self-acceptance.
3) Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders (STRIPED) www. hsph.harvard.edu/research/eating-disorders-striped
STRIPED was launched in July 2009, based at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Boston Children’s Hospital, with the goal of building a transdisciplinary training initiative that will generate professionals with the depth and range of expertise and skills needed to take on the challenge of eating disorders prevention.
